Rover to Regency

Took Rover to Regency Park for vehicle check today. No problems with the car but the process to achieve registration is proving to be interesting. All sorts of hoops I have to jump through because the car has never been registered in Australia before. Previous owners bought it over from New Zealand and then left it in a shed for about 28 years before I bought it.
